Welcome to Azri Cards. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Azri Cards. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Azri Cards is a flashcard application that uses the FSRS (Free Spaced Repetition Scheduler) algorithm to help you study and retain information efficiently. The app allows you to create decks, cards with text, images, and audio, organize them into folders, and review them using spaced repetition.
To use Azri Cards, you must create an account by signing in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings or through the App Store. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one per Apple ID.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
You retain full ownership of all flashcard content (text, images, audio) you create in Azri Cards. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using cloud sync, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

The Azri Cards app, including its design, code, and FSRS integration, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it without prior written permission. User-created content remains the property of the user.
Your use of Azri Cards is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Azri Cards is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the spaced repetition scheduling.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Azri Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
In no event shall the developer's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the app exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50.00).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide you with prior notice and an opportunity to export your data before termination takes effect. You may delete your account at any time through the app's profile settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding your use of Azri Cards, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
